We entered 2026 with clear priorities around platformmaturity, leadership depth, and long-term market positioning.
This month brought meaningful progress across threeareas: technology leadership, product positioning, and infrastructure-focusedthought leadership.
Strengthening Our Technology Leadership
We began the year by appointing Zbyšek Němec as ChiefTechnology Officer.
Zbyšek brings more than 20 years of experience scalingSaaS platforms through high-growth phases and complex product transitions. Hisbackground includes senior leadership roles across engineering, operations, andproduct organizations, most notably helping scale Kontent.ai into a mature,well-funded SaaS business.
At Axcera, Zbyšek is leading the next phase of ourplatform evolution with a clear mandate:
● Scale the platform reliably
● Strengthen internal systems and architecture
● Accelerate AI-driven innovation
● Build engineering processes that support long-termgrowth
This appointment reflects our commitment toinfrastructure quality and execution discipline as client volume andoperational complexity continue to increase.
Launch of the New Axcera Website
January also marked the public launch of our redesignedwebsite.
This was not a visual refresh. It was a strategicrepositioning.
The new website reflects Axcera’s evolution from asingle-product prop-tech solution into a multi-solution infrastructure partnerfor modern trading firms. It supports a broader roadmap that now extends beyondprop trading into brokerage and hybrid trading operations.
Key shifts introduced with the redesign:
● Transition from a single-product site to amulti-solution platform structure
● Clear segmentation for prop firms, brokers, and hybridtrading models
● Modular product architecture covering Prop CRM, TradingAPIs, and RiskGuard
● Positioning focused on operational outcomes, scalability, and reliability
The new platform structure also lays the groundwork forupcoming releases, including our Broker CRM, currently in the waiting listphase, and additional infrastructure tools for compliance workflows, analytics, and operational automation.
This launch represents a foundational step in ourlong-term platform strategy.
Thought Leadership on Prop Firm Operations and Scalability
Throughout January, we published several long-formpieces addressing the operational realities of running modern prop tradingfirms.
These were not marketing pieces. They wereinfrastructure-level discussions aimed at founders and operators who aredealing with real scale.
Why Most Prop Firms Break from the Inside Out
We examined why many firms fail not because of marketing or funding models, but because of internal system fragility. The article focused on ruleautomation, payout integrity, and why trust must be engineered intoinfrastructure rather than claimed in marketing.
The Scalability Crisis Facing Prop Trading Firms
This piece explored why most firms hit growth walls at 1,000 to 1,500traders and how automation, distributed architecture, and real-time processingare required to break through to true mass scale. It included a real-world casestudy of a firm scaling from 400 to 20,000 active traders after overhauling itsinfrastructure.
How Prop Firms Can Attract More Traders
We published a practical frameworkcovering:
● Platform reliability and professional dashboards
● Rule transparency and automated enforcement
● Payout automation and social proof systems
● Affiliate program infrastructure
● Multilingual support and global operations
● Integrated customer support and CRM workflows
The consistent theme across all content was simple:growth only works when infrastructure scales first.
