Herman Shaho oversees the development of Axcera’s technology architecture and infrastructure. With more than ten years of experience across web development, SaaS platforms, and fintech systems, he brings a strong focus on scalability, security, and technical execution. Before co-founding Axcera, Herman led and delivered complex development projects for firms across Europe and the Middle East, with a portfolio of over 500 commercial builds. His work enables trading firms to operate on a reliable, efficient, and high-performance foundation.

As a technology leader with over 20 years of experience, Zbyšek joins Axcera with a focus on scaling high-performance engineering organizations through AI-driven innovation and structural discipline. Throughout his career most notably as CTO and VP of Engineering in the CMS industry, he has specialized in navigating the transition from early-stage startups to mature, global SaaS organizations.

Gabriela brings over 15 years of operational leadership across high-growth technology companies. Before joining Axcera, she led strategic scaleups at Kentico and DYNANIC, growing teams from 40 to 250 employees and supporting business expansions from $5 million to $25 million. Her expertise spans HR, legal, finance, and cross-functional operations. Gabriela specializes in building resilient systems that enable sustainable growth. At Axcera, she leads the execution of company-wide strategies, operational excellence, and performance alignment to support the next phase of global expansion.

Dmytro Nikandrov leads Axcera’s engineering division, overseeing software architecture, development, and innovation across the company’s core systems. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering and leadership, he has managed cross-functional teams across regions and delivered complex, high-scale solutions. Before joining Axcera, Dmytro held senior roles at Samsung, Huawei, VEON, and VeryGoodSecurity, and founded Letiko, a software company that built products for clients such as the New York Stock Exchange and Vurb, later acquired by Snapchat as part of a multi-million-dollar deal. At Axcera, he drives the evolution of backend systems, trading infrastructure, and integrations that power reliable, enterprise-grade performance.

Lubomir Marasi leads Axcera’s commercial strategy, with a focus on partner growth, sales execution, and market expansion. With a background in fintech, B2B sales, and trading infrastructure, he has worked closely with prop firms and brokers across Europe. Prior to joining Axcera, Lubomir held senior roles at Purple Trading and PropGuru and co-founded one of the largest e-commerce flash sales clubs in Central Europe. He brings a pragmatic, growth-oriented approach to building strategic relationships and supporting firms that operate at scale.

Marko Mernak is a Sales and Business Development Manager with more than seven years of experience driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams. With a strong background in financial services, affiliate management, and client acquisition, he consistently delivers measurable results in competitive global markets. Before joining Axcera Marko held senior roles within the financial services industry, where he was responsible for establishing new office operations, expanding international affiliate networks, and leading business development initiatives across multiple regions. His experience includes managing high-value client portfolios, mentoring sales teams, and cultivating long-term commercial relationships throughout the Gulf region and Europe.

Andre Leitao leads onboarding and customer success at Axcera, focusing on delivering a seamless client experience from initial integration to long-term strategic support. With a background spanning five years as a Customer Specialist in the fast-paced Forex and iGaming sectors, he brings a deep understanding of high-stakes client management. Andre also previously led a media operations team for a multimedia licensing and distribution firm, working with major studios. He brings a highly detail-oriented and multifaceted approach to his role, excelling at translating technical concepts and simplifying complex processes for clients. His work ensures that Axcera’s licensee's integrate smoothly and receive clear, effective support, enabling them to scale their operations with confidence.

Elin Stensdotter oversees Axcera’s global HR and talent operations, with responsibility for recruitment, employee growth, and organizational development. With over 15 years of experience across executive search, talent strategy, and HR leadership, she brings a structured and pragmatic approach to building high-performance teams. Elin has supported both early-stage and established firms across Europe, driving people operations that align with business priorities. At Axcera, she leads initiatives across hiring, retention, and culture, ensuring the company scales with clarity, consistency, and long-term focus.
