• Design & Develop: Create visually stunning and intuitive application
  dashboards, ensuring a seamless user experience.
•  UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces that are both functional and
  aesthetically pleasing, focusing on user-oriented design principles.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other
  stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional design
  solutions.
•  Prototype: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively
  communicate design ideas.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather
  feedback and improve designs.
• Graphic Design: Create graphic elements and visual assets for web and
  application interfaces.
• Marketing Support: Utilize marketing experience to create design elements
  that enhance user engagement and support marketing initiatives.
• Consistency: Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms,
  adhering to Axcera’s brand guidelines.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web graphic
  design, with a focus on UI/UX design and application dashboards.
•  Skills:
  ○ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
  Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  ○ Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing
  previous work.
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Creativity: Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Additional Skills: Experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects) and
  knowledge of responsive design.
•  Marketing: Experience with marketing design, creating graphics for
  campaigns, and enhancing user engagement.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest design trends, techniques,
  and technologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related
  field is preferred.
