• Machine Learning & AI: Develop and implement advanced machine learning models,

  business challenges within the fintech space.
• Feature Engineering & Model Optimization: Identify relevant features and optimise
  machine learning models for enhanced accuracy and performance.
• Model Evaluation & Validation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics,
  ensuring robustness and reliability for production use.
• Data Preprocessing: Clean, transform, and normalise raw data to ensure consistency and prepare datasets for model training.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across engineering, product
  management, and business development to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science,
  machine learning, and fintech, driving personal and professional growth.
• Communication of Results: Clearly communicate findings and insights through reports,
  visualisations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ethical Practices: Adhere to best practices in data science and ethics, ensuring responsible handling of data and models to maintain trust and integrity.

• Cloud Services Experience: Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, to deploy and scale machine learning solutions.
• Financial Markets Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge of Forex trading or
  financial markets is highly desirable.
• AI & Software Integration: Strong ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into applications, enhancing product functionalities.
• Data Engineering: Proficient in data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering to prepare clean, well-structured datasets.
• Collaboration: Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  across diverse departments.
