• Owning and improving the end-to-end HR function, including onboarding,
  compliance, contracts, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Supporting our globally distributed team, ensuring smooth processes across
  time zones and jurisdictions.
• Managing and improving our HR systems and documentation, working closely
  with leadership to keep everything lean, clear, and compliant.
  
• Acting as a sounding board and trusted partner to team leads on people
  matters – from growth and engagement to resolving day-to-day issues.
  
• Driving contract and compliance processes, including working with external
  legal advisors when needed, to ensure everything we do is aligned with local
  laws (especially UAE, EU, and LATAM).
• Helping maintain and evolve a remote-first, high-performance culture, where
  clarity, ownership, and trust are core.

• 3+ years of experience in a broad HR role, ideally in a tech, fintech, or startup
  environment.
• A solid understanding of contractor frameworks and global employment
  nuances.
• Confidence in working proactively and autonomously, making judgment calls
  that balance people needs and business priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with tools like G Suite, Notion, Slack, and digital HR systems.

• Experience with financial technology environments.
• Exposure to UAE labor law and/or international labor regulations and
  contracting frameworks.
