• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and
  strategy based on market analysis, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring
  alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize
  requirements, ensuring clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, and QA
  teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and direction to development teams,
  translating business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of the product
  development process, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from each
  release cycle.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
• Release Planning: Coordinate release planning and deployment schedules, ensuring
  smooth and efficient delivery of features and updates.
  User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create
  intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role,
  preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Product Management: Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle
  from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, AWS Lambda,
  Apache Kafka, and JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Express.js, NestJS).
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development practices, particularly
  Scrum or Kanban.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the
  ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven
  approach to decision-making.

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications.
  Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging
  technologies in software development and cloud infrastructure.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value to users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or equivalent practical experience are a plus.
