This month’s release reflects our focus: helping firms operate with greater precision, less friction, and full control over key workflows. The May update introduces capital allocation rules, enhanced automation, risk tooling improvements, and deeper platform visibility.
Each feature addresses real operational needs. No complexity added. No guesswork required.
1. Capital & Automation Controls
Max Capital Allocation Controls
New global controls allow firms to define and enforce user-level capital exposure.
You can now:
- Limit exposure by number of active accounts or total funding balance
- Apply rules across all or selected program categories
- Receive notifications when limits are breached
- Review allocation activity in the account history log
This feature helps you implement consistent capital policies and reduce allocation-based risk across the platform.

Event Triggers v1 (Beta)
Our new automation engine enables outbound event-based workflows. In this beta release, you can configure webhook triggers for:
- Account creation
- Customer profile updates
- Payout events
Each trigger allows field selection and includes delivery logging. Triggers can be connected to tools like Zapier, CRMs, or internal systems, giving you more operational control with fewer manual steps. Admins can configure outbound requests, select specific fields, and review logs for every transaction. This is the first step in a broader automation framework designed to reduce operational overhead.
The next version of Event Triggers is already in testing. It will include:
- Conditional logic (>, <, =, etc.)
- Multi-destination support (Slack, Email, Discord, Make.com)
- Webhook retries, error alerting, and signed payloads
These upgrades are built for firms with more complex operational architectures, enabling deeper automation without loss of control.
2. Risk, Payouts & Operational Policy
Payout Rejection Handling
Admins can now configure the system to breach an account if a payout is rejected. This adds an additional enforcement layer for payout policies.
Upgrade Rejection Handling
Upgrades that fail verification can now be handled silently. When this setting is enabled, the account is breached without notifying the user. This is particularly useful for maintaining operational integrity without disrupting the user experience unnecessarily.
Enhanced Copy & Hedge Risk Visibility
Improvements have been made to how risk is surfaced within both admin and reporting views. Key upgrades include:
- Faster UI responsiveness
- Reduced latency in flagging high-risk behavior
- Improved access to flagged data across reporting and account-level views
These enhancements help compliance teams act faster and with more clarity.

Advanced Risk Reporting
Several new risk reports are in development and will be available soon:
- IP Analysis v2
- Martingale and grid strategy detection
- Profit consistency analysis
- Scaling misuse
- Weekend and overnight exposure patterns
These additions are designed to support real-time decision-making and risk forecasting at scale.
3. New Integrations

Solitics CRM Integration
Axcera now integrates with Solitics, enabling CRM workflows that respond in real time to trader activity. This allows you to:
- Build personalized user journeys
- Automate CRM actions based on platform behavior
- Increase engagement and improve user retention
Firms using Solitics can now drive more revenue from existing users by delivering smarter communication and segmentation.

KYCAid Integration
KYCAid has been added as an additional KYC provider. Axcera now supports:
- SumSub
- Veriff
- KYCAid (new)
This provides more flexibility in configuring KYC logic across different geographies, trader types, or cost-performance priorities.
4. Compliance & Admin Visibility
KYC Age Restriction Enforcement
To meet regulatory requirements, the system will now automatically breach accounts for users under the age of 18 once their KYC verification is complete. A new system event called AgePolicyBreach has been added to support downstream logic or tracking.
Master User Activity Logs
Platform owners and admins now have access to a centralized log of user activity across all roles and systems. This supports:
- Internal audit processes
- Administrative oversight
- Troubleshooting and escalation handling
The logs are available in a dedicated admin view for fast access and clarity.
5. Platform Improvements
Downloads Central
We have introduced a backend export manager for large table downloads. Instead of waiting for data to compile on the front end, users will now:
- Trigger an export
- Be notified when the file is ready
- Download from a centralized location
This improves performance and removes UI load during large data pulls.
Platform Enhancements & Fixes
This month’s improvements include:
- Better order handling on breached accounts
- Improved SumSub KYC experience
- General performance, stability, and usability updates across admin tools
These changes are part of our ongoing effort to remove friction from daily operations and improve reliability.
Conclusion
Axcera’s May release delivers practical, operational value for teams managing capital, risk, automation, and compliance. Every update is designed to help you scale without complexity, while staying in full control.
