New Feature Release: Customer Labels in the Back-Office
This month we rolled out the Customer Labels feature, designed to make customer management more intuitive and efficient for prop firms.
Customer Labels allow firms to create and apply their own custom tags, such as High Risk, Low Risk, VIP and more. This flexibility enables Risk, Compliance, and Support teams to quickly identify and manage key customer groups across the platform.
Key Highlights:
- Create up to six custom global labels
- Assign up to three labels per customer
- Display labels as colored badges in Customer Profiles, Prop Accounts, and Payouts
This simple but powerful feature provides greater transparency, operational efficiency, and oversight across your customer base.
Axcera at Forex Expo Dubai 2025
