Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage the implementation of machine learning models at Axcera, with a specific focus on Large Language Model (LLM) applications, including those relevant to Forex Trading.
- Oversee and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and multi-agent workflows at Axcera, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, especially in applications related to Forex Trading.
- Conduct thorough validation of AI models and applications at Axcera to ensure they meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency, with an emphasis on models that can be applied in Forex Trading scenarios.
- Collaborate with teams at Axcera to gather, preprocess, and effectively use data for model training and evaluation, including data relevant to Forex Trading markets.
- Analyze performance indicators within Axcera, pinpoint issues, and methodically tackle performance bottlenecks, particularly in Forex Trading applications.
- Utilize problem-solving expertise to identify and resolve root causes of issues in Axcera’s distributed system environment, including those related to Forex Trading models.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams at Axcera for the seamless integration of AI components, including those used in Forex Trading, into the larger system architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the AI and Forex Trading fields to guide development and testing approaches at Axcera.
- Participate actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle at Axcera, encompassing planning, deployment, and maintenance of AI systems, with a focus on applications in Forex Trading.
- Manage and monitor AI services hosted on the Azure cloud platform at Axcera, with an eye towards applications in Forex Trading.
Skills & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
- Expertise in data modeling, transformation, and cleansing.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- In-depth understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems.
- Capability to interpret performance metrics and optimize system performance.
- Skills in troubleshooting applications within a distributed system.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience in data engineering and infrastructure management.
- Experience with full-stack web development.
